1 Peter 3:3-4

Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewellery or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight. - 1 Peter 3:3,4

What will I do different?

Every day we wake up with a brand new day, a new sun spills its glory over the earth, and today has begun. A new day awakens. A fresh start.
As I start thinking about new years resolutions, of what I would have done different this year, and where I want to see myself in a years time, this quote plays through my head.
As a new year begins, there are but two things I want to go after with everything I have.

1. Live everyday. Live the height and width of every moment I get given to live. To enjoy the present, to relish every breath of every day. To be thankful just for the little joys in life, and start every day over, like it is the first day of my life. In awe of the wonder of it all.

2. Fall more deeply in love with my Lord. As I meet new people, have different friends come in and out of my days, and fall in love, I want to keep the Lord the focus of my love and adoration. I simply want to be more in love with Him.

I challenge you girls to live the fullness of everyday, and be happy and content with the little joys in life.
