1 Peter 3:3-4

Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewellery or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight. - 1 Peter 3:3,4

Friends in Storms

Would you carry me when life is a burden to great to carry?
Would you be a friend who wouldnt judge when I make mistakes?
Would you be a friend who would follow me to the ends of the earth, just to show me you love me?

Or would you,

Tell me that it is my burden to carry, and you have enough burdens yourself?
Judge me, and gossip about my problems behind my back?
As soon as the going gets tough, you leave me to trudge on alone?

Which friend are you?
